Our Caregivers
Our caregivers are trained to care for each client on an individual basis. All caregivers are carefully screened, undergo a thorough background check, are bonded , have third party liabilty insurance and are covered by the workers compensation board. They all have current first AID/CPR and particpant in an ongoing eldercare training program. Our screening process is based on hiring only those who we would have in our own homecaring for our own parents. Our caregivers are monitored and supervised by the director and the care coordinator.

How are the caregivers paired with our clients?
Caregivers are paired with clients who do not only match their specific interests and training but who can relate to them on a personal level as well to ensure a positive care environment for all.
