Get up 15 minutes earlier or set aside time just for you. Some coffee or tea while journaling, praying, reading a book or bible scriptures. Whatever it is do it!
Take care of yourself, Excerise, eat well, and get enough of sleep. Don't set yourself aside because you're too busy.
